A Summer Dress for "Margaret"

Yes, yes, I know, it's far from summer, but we'll be taking a trip south in a couple weeks and "Margaret" wanted me to make her a dress for the trip! It was so much fun getting to make one for her. I have a picture of only one view so far, but I'm sure I'll get more pictures on our trip. :-)

Pattern Description: B4443, a sleeveless dress or jumper

Pattern Sizing: size 14

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes :-)

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, the directions were quite easy to understand. The only issue I ran into was trying to figure out the zipper, just because it was my first time sewing a zipper :-)

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? It's just so cute and will be perfect for spring/summer.

Fabric Used: a blue and yellow flower print on a blue background, cotton

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made: No, not that I can think of...

Would you sew it again? Yes-- I am going to sew it again, to make one for me :-)

Would you recommend it to others? Definitely!

Thanks so much for making that for me, Elinor! I love it!
Ugh...I cringe at "size 14"...thank goodness that's not my real size, that's just how the pattern is!!! :P hehe...ok, yeah.

Anyway, thanks so much! :)

That's a pretty dress!

Pattern sizes can be confusing...it would be great if there were one standard system of sizing clothes!
