Cynthia's Black Jumper and Blouse

Unless I missed a scene, I think this jumper only shows up once or twice in Wives and Daughters; therefore, my collection of pictures is not very large.

I wonder if the jumper could be made by revising Sense and Sensibility's Romantic era dress pattern into a sleeveless dress, using the V neckline and maybe deepening it. I wonder if the blouse could be made from Sense and Sensibility's Romantic Blouse pattern.
