Lady Harriet's Vest and Red Skirt

I like this outfit of Lady Harriet's.

I believe the skirt is part of her riding habit.
At the risk of being accused of being historically inaccurate, I will venture to suggest Simplicity 4079, View A, for a modern interpretation of Harriet's vest. ;-)
